You appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

•

You behave inappropriately or disrespectfully.

In such cases, full payment remains due.

Follow any aftercare advice provided by your therapist.

Communicate clearly about pressure preferences, comfort levels, or concerns during

the session.

•

Use our services for lawful and appropriate purposes.

11. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable.

Vouchers must be used before the expiry date stated.

•

Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

12. Liability

We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings during your
